FIRST CLASS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
A great way to begin your day. Classes consist of a dynamic warm-up, progressive weight training, core movements, balance exercises, and stretching. Each class is different. We will be using plates, small balls and big balls, bands, and weights. Perfect for beginners to advanced.
